After a decade of helping other organisations to thrive, and to engage workers in diverse locations and situations, the Twig team want to help other organisations through this difficult time.
We have compiled our immediate, practical advice for successfully transitioning to working from home in our Transition Toolkit. We wanted to make this available for free straight away, hoping other companies and individuals will be able to benefit from it in some way.
We are also receiving requests from team managers wanting additional support, to ensure teams can continue to be effective and positive in the weeks and months to come.
Because Twig has been structured to work remotely or in a conventional office environment, depending on our daily projects, our capacity to support you is unchanged, no matter what stage of lockdown occurs. We have worked on interstate projects via Zoom, project management tools, shared file systems and other technology for years.
We’ve helped many organisations develop practices which can help embed team effectiveness and overcome some of the challenges of engaging staff who work remotely, including:
Development of internal processes to improve efficiency and clarity (sounds boring, but it’s actually one of the most important steps)
Implementation processes and practices that embed a positive culture and improved morale in while working in disparate locations
Rapidly implementing internal workshops and redevelop processes to help teams gel in challenging times
Choosing and onboarding project management software
Implementing CRMs and changes to practices to improve usage of CRMs
Developing new practices in improving positive staff culture
Delivering a Snapshot analysis of team effectiveness and ways to improve it
Providing additional niche support where required at a moment’s notice, to cover immediate gaps.
If you need help in the months to come, we’re on email, phone or Zoom all day and are always happy to talk, no strings attached.
