I have played a lead role in planning, coordinating, managing and delivering marketing and communication strategies for a range of government and non-government organisations over the past 15 years, including serving five years as Director of Marketing at Monash University. I have also won a range of awards and am regularly invited to speak on marketing and innovation at conferences both nationally and internationally.
I approach each job for Twig in the same way – looking at opportunities to insert ideas and opportunities into a whole range of materials in a strategic way. So that clients are proud of the outcome – and audiences remember the message.
My general advice: never believe any marketer who says they have all the answers for your organisation. Look instead for someone who will listen to your challenges and then come up with a practical, evidence-based plan, so you have confidence the campaign will deliver clear returns on your investment.
Behind every great marketing campaign there stands a great barista. Over the past ten years I have helped launch several successful restaurants, developed social media campaigns for a broad range of organisations and coordinated marketing projects.
I’ve been the marketer and also sometimes the barista – which has helped me develop a clear insight into defining and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Born and raised in regional Victoria and proudly based in Twig’s Shepparton office, I have a passion for delivering marketing strategies, content and campaigns that are practical, relevant and effective.
I coordinate Twig projects, identifying milestones and coordinating plans so that we achieve them.
I am currently completing a Master in Business Administration (MBA).
Whether I’m working on a broad campaign for a large corporation or a sharply focused local government project, one of the things that gives me the most joy is bringing together our big-picture aims and actionable, measurable targets. The confluence of market research, experience, and instinct is where true creativity lies.
I love working with a range of organisations to rapidly deliver better sales outcomes, improved audience engagement and a measurable improvement in the RoI you get from your campaigns.
Proudly based in Twig’s Hobart office, I regularly work on campaigns across Australia and am always happy to have an introductory conversation about approaches and pitfalls with new projects.

Synthesising latest research and trends is helpful for any organisation – from one person start-ups to huge organisations. I examine existing research across a wide range of sectors to provide clients with an overview of opportunities, threats and trends to be aware of.
I also help run focus groups and coordinate our in-house market research.
I worked as a primary teacher for well over a decade and have completed a Master of Education degree. I recently chose to move from the front of the classroom to the back and am a PhD candidate at the University of Melbourne, examining ways to effective apply positive psychology in the classroom to improve education outcomes and student wellbeing.
I love to segment stories so they can engage viewers at cinema quality or on the smallest of screens. I have made films for clients across the construction, education and health sectors and can start from scratch, building a film out of a conversation, or add value through the editing process if you already have your own footage.
I also love the power of animation to turn dense content into information that is both accessible and enjoyable. I also enjoy the challenge of producing videos remotely, by combining edited Zoom interviews with other footage, when the budget won’t stretch to a location-based shoot.
My work has been broadcast on TV and has won awards, but as a young film maker, I’m more excited about the next project than the last – always trying to improve and create material that satisfies both clients and their audiences.
